[1000mp] Loss of side tone

Prior to installing Inrad optional filters in MK-V, always had my CW side
tone in my ear.  Now when NAR1 or NAR2 kicked in, have no monitor.
Installed the 708-B (250 kHz) in the 2nd IF, the 703C (400 kHz) and the 704C
(250 kHz) in the 3rd IF.  Did the menu thing to switch them "on".

Curious why the loss the of the side tone.
