[1000mp] Receiver Failure Mark V

I bought a new Mark V    2 months ago and it worked ok for a
week,  then the receiver went dead on all bands and all modes.

It came back from factory warranty repairs needing Diodes
D1055, D1056 and they added a 3rd diode --  G2060004.

It worked ok for a few days and then the receiver went dead again.
So  now heading back for repair again.
It was ok when I turned it off in the evening but when turned on in
the morning it was completely dead.   No receive any band or any mode.

I found a used Mark V Field as a back up rig since the Mark V
seems to be unreliable.    Or maybe I just got a lemon?
The receiver in the Field is a little less sensitive is the only
difference
I have noticed between the two rigs.

Does anyone know what might be causing the diodes to blow?
It certainty wasn't anything I did.
