[1000mp] FT1000MP PA issue

Dave, I sent my mp back to Yaesu last year for a very similiar problem. They
replaced several of the drive transistors and several other discrete
parts(diodes, small switching transistors,etc). I believe there are about 4
drivers and they replaced 2 or 3.
