Hi  John:

I guess I am going to regret forever making the 1% SWAG. 

 

Oh well, maybe we will really solve this riddle this time. In spite of my 1%
statement, I do sort of worry that 'my time may come' and I will be the guy
writing about experiencing 'sticky relays, etc".

John, I guess the good news is that you have a hard failure, the Service
Manuals are "in the mail", and you are a very competent 'techie'. 

I will look for the next chapter in the "sticky relay saga".
