[1000mp] temporary fix for the MP relay

If you know which relay is the culprit enough to tap it, why not order up a
replacement from Yaesu and install it. It's not that difficult, especially
if it's one of the bandpass relays.  Get a solder sucker and have at
it/them.  73.
