[1000mp] MK5 cw transmit lockup on 40 & 80m

I used to have the same problem on ten meters.  RF getting into the
computer was the cause.  To cure it, I wound both the excess
rig-to-computer RS232 cable and the key cable into tightly wound coils
and that solved the problem.
