[1000mp] MP vs. 1000D

I had a 1000D for several years.  There was something about the receive
audio quality which didn't mesh with my hearing.  I have found the 1000MP to
be better for my ears, using the same Heil headset.
I also didn't like the subreceiver in the 1000D.  In the 1000MP, both
receivers sound the same to me.
Maybe it was just the particular 1000D which I had and another would have
played differently.
The only thing which I miss from the 1000D is the IF output on the back
panel.
