[1000mp] Transmitter Dead - Finals cooked??

Was sending some MT63 tonight and evidently exceeded the duty cycle or had
power too high or something.  Transmitter power dropped out completely,
heat sinks very warm and now can get no output.

I've let it cool down and it's been powered off for hours now - but still
no workie.

Is there thermal cutout protection or other fusing on the finals that I can
reset/replace or does this look like a trip back for expensive repairs?
