According to W8JI, essentially the same result can be obtained by turning 
down the NB gains, either on the front panel (MP) or in the Menu (MkV).  I 
opted not to do the NB mod because it is not easily reversible, while the 
click mod is, particularly if outboarded on a terminal strip.
