Your low band VCO's are dead. This is very typical for all the MP's. =
There's
an easy fix to take care of it: resolder the coil leads on the VCO board =
and
it will spring back to life. The solder on the leads get bad over time.

Have a FT-1000MP MK V that has no receive
on 3.5, 7 and 10 mhz.
Works just fine 14 mhz and up.
