[1000mp] dead tuner

I do have a problem with antenna tuner ...
Actually that's the reason I came to this list :)

Brief description - tuner does not work.

More details on that:
the TUNER light goes on and off properly every time i press that tuner
button.
when I try to tune an antenna the only thing radio does - it lights "WAIT"
signal for a few (let's say 5) seconds. It does not transmit anything and
there is no noise from tuner at all.

any ideas?
