[1000mp] Brand New FT1000MP Field glitches

I have purchased last month a second FT1000MP . I have been using the first
one for the last two years, so I have quickly went thru all the functions
and found this two problems on the new one. Perhaps some of you could me
help on this :

1) The VCC metering is not working. The voltage scale lights but no voltage
indication.
Missing connection ?  unplugged wire ?

2) The side tone has a low frequency RF feedback on it. This is the most
annoying problem

Description : When on CW, listening to the side tone, there is a low
frequency RF feed back bumping the earphones and/or the speaker. It is not
loud but annoying, mostly if  one is used to operate CW with low level side
tone.

Where the problem is presented : Earphones, Speaker, External Speaker. It
does not appears in the AF-Out output.

More : The HUM is there regardless the volume position and regardless the
side tone level (VR 5001). Even with NO side tone level it is there
constantly. For RF levels of 25W or less there is no RF HUM.

What I did to start investigation : I turned down VR 3001 to zero (no more
audile beeps or side tone). RF feedback still  present. I have disconnect
JO29 Flat Cable to open Side Tone and Beep signal path from the control
board to the AF Board. RF Feedback remains.

What I think : RF is been picked up somewhere in the AF stages. RF must be
bypassed (by means of decoupling capacitors) in the Audio Amplifier. Has
Anyone experienced the same problem ? Any tip where to apply the bypasses.
