[1000mp] New INRAD roofing filter kit for FT1000MP

Hi Pete,
I visited INRAD booth at Dayton this year and I remember that the kit was on
sale for $150. George recommended me to buy one but at that time I had no
informations about the kit. I already has the 70MHz IF mod and  the roofing
filter kit should be mounted instead - there are no provisions for both
inside the MP.
