K6SE has written a little Windows application called MPFilters, which lets 
you graphically command which filters are in line and also (more useful, 
even) see which filters are commanded by various front panel 
controls.  While this isn't a final solution to the menu issue, it will at 
least tell you if the filter selection is the problem.  Go to
