My idea is to do a controlled experiment and not rely on guessing to get to 
the answer.  I would start by connecting the amp to a dummy load and 
transmitting.  If all is well then you know it has to do with radiated rf 
getting into something.  If you still have the problem with the dummy load, 
then the problem is in the shack.  Please start here and then let us know.
