[1000mp] CW Filter Choice?

My son is working on making 100 CW contacts.

I gave him an Icom IC-718 and I would like
to add a CW filter in it for him.

There is only 1 slot to add a optional filter.


So the question is:

If you could only have 1 CW Filter what would it be?


My choices are:

Inrad 400 Hz
Inrad 250 Hz

Icom 500 Hz
Icom 250 Hz
