That's the color of the light that comes on under the Contour label when 
the bandpass selection is made.  You must be an original MP guy.

It still blows my mind that (presumably) in order to avoid the expensive of 
working up a new panel casting,  Yaesu decided to shoehorn the EDSP and 
Contour controls into the old filter selection area, even though that meant 
lousy EDSP ergonomics.
