[1000mp] AM Carrier setting

The FT1000MP ALC seems to drift in any mode requiring non-full scale
carrier power. I run almost 100% CW at QRP power levels and even with
the 10W menu item selected the rig still drifts upwards in power over
the time span of 30 minutes to an hour. It does eventually stabilize
and stop drifting. During the "warm up" period I have to constantly
check and back-down the RF power control to stay at my target power
level.

The root cause is not the RF power pot, tweaky though it seems. It's
somewhere else in the ALC system.

Just treat it like an old tube rig and let it warm up. ;-) Seriously,
it doesn't need to be transmitting, just "on".

            72/73,
