I still don't understand that logic.  I feel that if a vendor can offer a
low price and quote that price then he gets the biz.  The matcher is saying
that unless you do some homework I'm going to get you each and every time.
I'm not endorsing any one dealer either.  HRO is in driving distance and I
bought my MP and FT-100 and a lot of other stuff from them.  Bought my
FT-897 from Gigaparts but they did not have the PS when I ordered it.
Stopped by HRO on the way to a MM contest and got the PS only to find I
could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere.  Didn't do the homework and they got
me.  Got my HT from AES.
I work for one of the big retailers that adevertises price matching and I
still don't understand the consumer.
