Guys:

let me add some comments as well. I was and I'm using YEASU radios for the last 10 years. Was owner of FT-990 and using the FT-1oooMp for the last six years. For this period of six years I've got not bad results: 8BDXCC, 5BWAZ, 5BWAS, DXCC Chal 1500 (wkd 2190 as for today). But - I've got a real issue with low bands - 160/80m. It's very simple - I just can't hear well. The menu 9-1 is always on very low gain (4-6) while I'm on top bands. But this does not help! A few months ago I purchased second hand OMNI VI+ and - I CAN HEAR US guys on 160meters. During the last weekend CQWW160m I was comparing all the time the RXs on both MP and OMNI VI+. OMNI is the winner. Will be looking for the ORION in the future..
