Another quick access to a calculator is to simply type in "Log" then the
number for which you want the log in the Google search space. Example:
Log2   Your answer will show up immediately.

It occurred to me that some may not have a calculator with log key. No 
problem today. Just type 'scientific calculator' into Google and lots
are
