[1000mp] Inrad Front-end Mod

I also just installed the Inrad board yesterday.
I reduced the IF gain by 2 increments, but mine started out at 12 and now is 
at 10.
The main receiver's meter is more generous than the sub receiver's meter 
still.
May take it down one more notch and see how close they are.
