[1000mp] Yaesu FT1000 Key Clicks

I just tested my New FT-1000MP Mark-V Field.

Using 25 MS keying pulses (internal keyer turned all the way up).

The rise time on keying is 3 ms and the fall time is 2 ms.

The ARRL recomends 5ms (each) for the Rise and Fall times.

"Adjusting an exponentially shaped rise and fall time to about 5 ms (a
value recommended by ARRL) controls key clicks, yet allows a wide range
of practical keying speeds."
