[1000mp] Key Click Mod

I think someone yesterday hit on the "problem" that I am/was having with =
the value of the variable resistors.  It looks like I do have the MP and =
Mark V mods confused.  Didn't think about it until some time later.  In =
the mod for the MP he uses variable resistors for R1 and R2, but for the =
Mark V he uses fixes resistors.  The schematic for both rigs show =
variable resistors, but the writing for the Mark V, which is what I =
have, uses fixed resistors.

Also for the Mark V W8JI discusses a noise blanker mod done at the same =
time.
