Hi everybody,
after some months of inactivity i fired up my MP and installed
the HAM RADIO DELUXE software to control my mp through the computer.
Unfortunately, whatever i try, the mp wont talk to my pc. i am using a
straigth cable, i.e
2-2, 3-3, 5-5 . When i connect 2 to 3 the "CAT" symbol on my mp is starting
to blink and i can change frequency, modes, etc on my mp, but still nothing
is send from the mp to my pc. The port settings are: 8 N 2, no protocol, but
i also tried hardware and xon/xoff. Also CT wont talk... I remember that in
earlier times i got it to work with TRX-Manager. Is there any tool out there
to test the communication with my mp ? Or do you think that i have blown the
portcontroller inside the mp ?
Any help would be highly appreciated
