[1000mp] Inrad Keying Mod

It's been generally recognized that Yaesu did NOT make keyclick improvements 
in the MkV/Field.  I encourage all cw operators to install the mod, or have 
it installed.  I've personally installed it in the MP and D, but not the 
MkV.
