[1000mp] Narrow ssb filters (was 500Hz vs 400Hz filters)

There's no need to use the shift control fulltime with 1.8 or 2.0khz ssb 
filters installed.  Just set your rx lsb/usb carrier offset in the menus to 
-.150 to -.200 or thereabouts and leave it there.
