[1000mp] Data filter choice

I use the 250 filters on PSK31 in crowded conditions or unfortunately, when
somebody is overdriving and splattering. Very effective. I also turn off the
AGC to eliminate AGC pumping on the weaker signals and sometimes turn on
IPO. Its amazing to see 3 or 4 distinct and copiable signals within a 250 Hz
window on the waterfall - if needed, shift and width can knock out some of the
remaining signals.
If you want to see how effective the filtering is, use the PSK waterfall on
some very strong signals and tune around, turning one of the filters on and
off in the 5-x menus.
