[1000mp] Selecting MkV 500/250 filters in AFSK/RRTY modes

The best way to fix this is to use the rig panel API in Writelog and
code a routing to select filters similar to what MPFilters does.
The doc for the API is on the Writelog site.
Perhaps the MPFilters guy would donate his portion of the code to a
motivated programmer with time.
