My main noise proplems are:

- Noise from TV-Sets (which can by handled by the MFJ-1026)
- Noise from a high voltage power line about 500 m away from
  my home.

The PLC Internet Provider are in some areas of Germany a real=20
big problem. In my area it is up to now not a issue. But some OMs
has big intereferences caused by =B4house PLC=B4. For house=20
internal networkes
it seems to be become popular here in Germany and creates for=20
HAM neighbours=20
a very high noise. I guess these PLC noise you can not be=20
handled by a noise reducer
like the MFJ-1026.

The noise from the High Voltage power line is not on all=20
frequencies the same,
mostly on 20m and 10m. And it is not of this kind, that you=20
get peaks in noise.
It is a nearly constant high noise floor of the bands.=20
During rain, all bands are effected.

In close living aereas, like in mine, man made QRN it=B4s a=20
real big problem.
For amateur radio is it the best way to move on countryside :-))
