[1000mp] Noise cancellation Sound card question

Greetings,
 I live in a very high rf noise area and the thought struck me that any  FT
1000 series radio with the dual receivers should have the potential of
having virtually all the noise on the received frequency eliminated. To do
this,  the main receiver is tuned to the desired frequency, the sub receiver
tuned off frequency just enough to receive the offending noise and the two
signals fed to a sound card and the computer would compare them and
eliminate all audio that is the same (ie noise) and feed the filtered signal
to the speaker. Is this plausible, or am I missing something? Has anyone
ever done anything like this?
