I fail to see what all the fuss is about on TCXOs.  Whoever said that a
particular one was mandatory to operate on 60m obviously was in error,
because I fail to see that spelled out in the FCC regs for 60m operation.

Even the standard TCXO with a drift rate spec of 2.0 ppm/degC is more
than adequate if you have zeroed it with WWV (which also should be done
if you have the TCXO-4 or -6). .

I find that the stock TCXO in my 1998 vintage MP is more stable than the
specs for the TCXO-4.
