[1000mp] Setting 1000MP for semi break in?

I've always run my 1000MP QSK. To put less stress on the linear when I use it 
I'd like to run semi qsk so the relay isn't constantly going.

To do this I believe you turn off break in and set the vox on ,on the 1000MP. 
If that is correct my question is, where on the menu do I  adjust the cw 
delay time and what is a recommended time?
