Be sure the relay in the MARK-V is off, as you don't need it with an Alpha.
I disliked the noisy TR relay in the 99 on QSK so much that I sold the 99
and bought a used 89, which I liked very much. I later sold it (I have
seller's remorse) when I bought an 87A. Both of those have PIN diode TR
switching and are silent.
