[1000mp] Slow release of fast AGC

I am in touch with Chip Margelli at Yaesu USA who is looking into the 
service bulletin that SM0IHR mentioned (thanks Anders) and will report back 
to the reflector any info he can provide. If there's a service bulletin 
document, I will post it on my Web site and provide the URL.

Wanted to add that the problem is particularly bad in my MP when the radio 
is cold, and is still intermittent when the radio is warm.  I've observed 
this (slow release/unmuting of fast AGC) in both MP's I've owned, of '98-'99 
vintage.
