Yaesu does have a mod published, but it requires changing a couple of
surface mount resistors to increase the gain of the audio amps driving the
headphone outputs. Their suggested fix only adds 3 dB.

I find that the headphone audio drive is rather soft, even after cranking up
the pot under the flap.

Is there anything I can do to improve audio drive for headphones?
