I had a problem using my FT1kMP on Amtor, due to the fact that the AGC didn't unmute fast enough. This was noticable in CW QSK as well Unmute time was very long not always but about 10 % of the diht's. However if I put the MP in Split mode the unmute problem disappeared.
I finally solved the problem thanks to Yeasu in the UK. They faxed a solution, and after doing a mod on the IF board QSK on CW (however some clicks on the audio when i use the 250 Hz CW filters) and Amtor works perfect.
