[1000mp] Are my Mark V finals blown? How to fix?

I may have blown my Mark V power transistors while testing rtty stuff.
I noticed that the transmit light was on - maybe 5 or up to 10 minutes in class A.

Now the Mark V shows only 6 watts out on a Bird wattmeter.

Questions:
1.  Is is possible that the Yaesu factory power supply has gone bad?
      I noticed that my 2 meter gear supply would crowbar on the amount of power used in 2m transmit.

2.  How to fix?  Is this something I can do my self?

3.  Recommendations on where to send the Mark V for repair?  Cost?

Luckily I had a Mark V Field to swap in but of course the power supply doesn't work on it <g>.
