[1000mp] MkV memory Keyer bugs

In my earlier post, I was mistaken about which memories corrupt each =
other.  The ID and CH2 memories corrupt each other if you exceed the =
limit of 20 characters in ID and 16 in CH2.

When weighting is set different from the default value, the first use of =
the memory keyer resets dash to the default length. You need to go into =
the menu and rest the dash length.

I first posted these bugs on this reflector about 2 years ago after =
confirming them with Yaesu.  I know of no fix.
