Don't have one of these but if it's just resistors and pushbuttons it 
may be that the cable connecting the box to the rig is picking up RF. 
 Try wrapping a few turns of the cable around a ferrite thingamajig.

You could also crank the RF output way down and see if the problem goes 
away.  If it does, it's an RFI problem.

I suppose another possibility is RF getting into the box itself.  I 
would expect that bypass capacitors from each line to ground would take 
care of that.
