[1000mp] Fw: Shuttle-jog position?

I had a similar problem with my standard MP a couple of years ago. It
seemed to
just be a speck of dust or something causing it. I cleared it by
simply rocking the shuttle jog
knob back and forth rapidly for a few seconds.
Hasn't happened before. It might not have been dust, but as I say, it
hasn't happened again.
Unfortunately, with two different radios doing the same thing is rather
strange.
