[1000mp] Mark V filter selection

I have a new, 2 week old, MP Mark V and am still learning how to use it. I'm
probably missing something in the manual but I am confused on some of the
filter setup subtleties.

I have all the optional filters installed. Menu items 5-1 & 5-5 as well as
5-3, 5-6, 5-7, & 5-8 are all set to on. According to the manual, menu item
5-2 is "CW nor". I see "cu nAr2" displayed for 5-2 instead of "CW nor" as
indicated in the manual. Is menu 5-2 really setting the narrow 2 CW filter
or the normal one?

What I would like on CW, for both the 8.2 and 455 IFs, is NOR = 2.0 KHz,
NAR1 = 500 Hz, and NAR2 = 250 Hz. On SSB I would like to set up is NOR =
6.0, NAR1 = 2.4, and NAR2 = 2.0.

Would appreciate any clarification on how to do this.
