At any rate, for QSK you need Alpha's QSK kit for the 99.  For
semi-break-in, you have to set menu item 7-5 to the value you want for
"vox" delay on CW (the factory default is 0.00 seconds, which is the same
as QSK).

While operatiing semi break-in, make sure that the VOX pushbutton (to the
right of the MOX pushbutton) is ON.  For QSK, make sure the VOX
pushbutton is OFF.
