[1000mp] Yaesu MD-1 on the 1000MP Mkv

I have a nice MD-1 mic and when I plug it into the 1000MP I can not make =
the up/dwn/fast buttons work
correctly.  I understand that the wiring on this mic needs some =
adjustments.  Does anyone on the reflector know how to make this work,  =
If someone has a scanned schematic of the MD-1 that would probably =
answer all my questions.  Any help would be appreciated.
