[1000mp] He died without my permission

Hi group,

 

after two and a half year of flawlessly working my MarkV died yesterday.

I was tuning on 10m and suddendly the internal tuner was producing a
terrible

sound and a bad smell like something was burning came out of my rig.

I immediately shut off the rig but after power on the receiver was dead.

There is nothing from 0-30mhz only a low noise floor.

I tried a master reset but nothing brought them to life again.

Now he is on the way to my dealer and i hope that it will be not too
expensive

because it is for shure out of warranty.

Thats murphys law!
