When downloading Adobe Acrobat files with .pdf extentions...it is best to RIGHT CLICK and select
download rather than click on them.\

On several occasions, I have tried to download the file, to no avail - it
times out after around ten minutes and then freezes up my computer (a new
Sony vaio).  Is there any other place to obtain this, either hard or soft
