[1000mp] keying mod... do it

It is a big file. I have a broad band connection so I forget about those who
don't. There are only 2 pages I think out of the pdf document that deal with
removing surface mount parts. If someone in in a real bind I could print and
fax them.

Let me see if I can extract the relevant pages.
