[1000mp] MP CW problem

Question for all !

I have a MP that was working OK on CW.  It now does not.

The problem is:

1. The internal keyer no longer works.
2. When you put the radio in VOX and CW it immediately keys up and stays 
that way. This happens with no paddle or key(er) plugged in.
3. The SPOT function no longer generates sidetone when depressed.

The keyer and break-in lights light up when depressed.

Any and all ideas welcome ! I just got the MP a few weeks ago and was 
making some routine CW contacts. It was working one night, turned it 
off, came back the next day turned it on and . . .

Tried the usual stuff, Reset microprocessor, checked all cables & stuff 
and still nada.

Any and all suggestions welcome.
