[1000mp] delayed display turn on

I'm sure it is just a coincidence.  My Mark-V's display has had a delay 
turn-on at times since I bought it.  Not worried about it until it fails 
completely, which there is no sign of at this time.  If it fails, I'll fix it for 
good...
