No, I can't call Yaesu.  I've already received my (1) freebie ($14.00 retail).  Which leads me to the options below:

1)  Is the RF Connection <www.therfc.com> out of business?  No answer by phone, web site hasn't been updated since 2001...

2)  Anyone know the HRO part number off hand so I can maybe find it on their labyrinthian web page?
